With over 10 years of hands-on experience, I thrive in translating complex ideas into intuitive and delightful user interfaces.

Background and Education: I earned my stripes at the University of Houston, where my academic journey fueled my curiosity for human-centered design. My formal education, coupled with real-world challenges, has shaped my holistic approach to crafting user experiences.

Design Philosophy: I believe in the power of empathy-driven design. Understanding the users' needs and emotions is at the core of my design philosophy. Each project is an opportunity to solve problems creatively and enhance the way people interact with technology.

  IBG is a relatively new initiative dashboard in the company focused on pushing Walmart’s ability to create meaningful models and insights for better decision making, business actions, and investment choices.   West Virginia Integrated Eligibility System is the new system that improves how the state determines eligibility and delivery of social service programs one such is child support.

  • Structuring the design system and ensuring the consistency when modernizing more than 500 legacy screens.
  • Empowered families to get help when, where and how they need it, including via virtual and real-time communication mechanisms using the modern UX methodologies.
  • Conducted user research and identified 20+ key customer pain points, leading to a product redesign that increased user satisfaction by reducing manual effort.
  • Empowered caseworkers with online tools to collaborate with colleagues and access knowledge repositories to provide faster and better service to the customers.
  • Automated routine tasks to allow caseworkers to provide more personalized services and build relationships with families.

  ATLAS program is transformational effort from RMV Massachusetts which replaces the RMV core operational system ALARS.ATLAS drastically improved RMV’s service delivery modal and organizational performance and provides revenue more than 1B.

  • Structuring the data content and information architecture for view the customer records for the agent portal.
  • Responsible for delivering an interactive customer website through research, ideation, detailed design, and delivery with an emphasis on rapid prototyping, frequent validation with end users, and creatively approaching constraints.
  • Worked closely with hearing officers and state workers to understand pinpoints of ALARS system and implemented new requirements along with existing functionality into ATLAS.
  • Designed C2C application that has ability to view complete motor vehicle records inclusive of all correspondence sent and ability to initiate and complete business transactions.

  Designed a dashboard how Document DB can be used as a backend database for any mobile network that can handle petabytes of data and millions of large scale transactions in seconds of time.

  Designed and devloped an application that provides a local development experience for the Azure DocumentDB service. Using the DocumentDB Emulator, you can develop and test your application locally without an internet connection, without creating an Azure subscription

  Designed a demo application on how to use the document DB as a limitless data base repository as storage and can scale endlesly.
